Bedrock Manufacturing Europe BV is a subsidiary of Bedrock Inc., which owns the Filson and Shinola brands and also manages Tom Ford Timepieces under license.


We are looking for a conscientious, energetic team-player, to join our small team in our Amsterdam office. The main responsibilities of this role include coordinating the needs of our sales team as well as assisting with operational tasks.


In this role, reporting to our Senior Operations Manager, he/she will be the main point of contact for our wholesale accounts and sales managers in the field.


The position also liaises with our planning teams in Seattle (Filson) and Detroit (Shinola), our license brand managers, as well as our 3rd party warehouse & logistics centre.





  • Support the sales team with order management, i.e. entering, reviewing & processing orders; setting up & maintaining customer accounts.
  • Coordinate between various teams to ensure timely and seamless processes for delivery, shipping, invoicing, etc.
  • Ensure compliance of customer order requirements, i.e. shipping methods comply with purchase terms and/or inbound guidelines agreed with customer.
  • Manage our item master data in Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Ensure the highest levels of service in communicating with customers & sales teams, and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Obtain customer authorizations to proceed with orders and resolve order issues.
  • Assist credit control department with collections when required.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned


  • HBO or equivalent education/work experience.
  • 2+ years previous experience in a B2B customer service role within a wholesale-oriented business.
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is considered an asset).
  • Highly organised with a positive attitude and ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong listener who will understand situations and apply the correct priority and sense of urgency to the approach/solution.
  • Ability to offer outstanding customer service to partners with a professional and personable demeanour.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritise tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a strong team-player while also being able to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new platforms and software programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of French or German is considered an asset.
  • Enjoy working in an international environment.
