Bedrock Manufacturing’s Mulesoft Developer / Administrator is responsible for providing technical solutions and support of the Shinola and Filson Mulesoft Integration environment.  As a member of our team, you would be responsible for the development and implementation of any modifications, extensions, or upgrades.  As well as, supporting and troubleshooting any technical issues.  You would be required to participate in every aspect of the implementation/upgrade process, including design, development, QA, data conversion/migration, installation, integration, and documentation.


A successful candidate will need to interact with other internal and external technical resources, as well as functional Business Analysts and Project Managers.


  • Hands on design, development, and support of integration solutions on the Mulesoft platform.
  • Proactively monitor the Mulesoft platform including performance, users, license management, security and data quality
  • Review Mulesoft release updates and make necessary changes to ensure smooth updates to the platform
  • Develop, design, and implement architect infrastructure / integration roadmaps. 
  • Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals and API analytics based on technical specifications with MuleSoft API manager
  • Ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design and architecture standards are maintained.
  • Drive the migration strategy from legacy integrations to the Mulesoft platform


  • 5+ years of work experience in IT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java, etc.)
  • Experience orchestrating integration use cases involving multiple systems and complex business logic tying in system, process, and experience API layers
  • Ability to design, code, test, debug, and package both quality and scalable solutions on the Mulesoft platform
  • Aptitude for project management and analytical minded
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with technical IT and team members at all levels
  • Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Team player with customer focus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 experience a strong preference
  • Prior Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant work experience
