    The Returns Processor is a part the material handling team and is responsible for accurately processing product returns.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Receiving returns, inspecting products and documenting return details i.e. date, quantity, condition, etc...
    • Accurately processing credit card refunds and store credits following warranty specifications.
    • Creating invoice for customers and updating on status of repairs
    • Assisting Customer Service inquiries regarding product returns and repairs.
    • Processing repairs in the appropriate software, i.e. Access, Repair Shop, and AX
    • Working with the watch repair team to manage watch repairs.
    • Watch strap repairs
    • Filling
    • Organizing and maintaining inventory to optimize space usage.
    • Preparing products for shipping including packaging and creating shipping labels.
    • Meeting product processing expectations
    • Closing repairs from repair shop

     

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Some college experience preferred
    • Understanding of basic inventory principles and ability to operate in a production-driven environment.
    • Substantial proficiency in computer applications (including spreadsheets). Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Respond professionally in situations with difficult vendor/customer issues or inquiries.
    • Ability to read and interpret written instruction.
    • Strong attention to detail - Job requires precision in completing work task.
