The Customer Returns Supervisor is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers by ensuring returns are processed timely and through daily management of returns team.
Manages the work-flow of inbound packages
Ensures that all required processing timelines are being met
Proactively solving issues that will prevent returns not meeting required precessing deadlines
Trains, mentors, and coaches the team
Delegrates and monitor employee productivity. Provide timely feedback regarding employee performance
Works cross functionally with accounting on customer credits
