  • Overview

    The allocator is responsible for developing the initial allocation strategy across all channels and regular replenishment to our retail and e-com channels for given category. 


    • Contribute to the financial success of the Brand by accurately determining inventory needs by channel based on sales trends and plan.
    • Perform in season replenishment to channels to maximize sales, gross margin, gross margin return on investment and inventory turn goals.
    • Develop and execute the release of initial distribution strategies.
    • Analyze store and other channel performance by region and volume to understand selling patterns and present weekly recaps and recommendations to the team.
    • Strategize and maintain product inventory.
    • Analyze and understand store size selling patterns in order to distribute product efficiently.
    • Work with cross functional team to ensure timely and accurate execution of new store openings.
    • Work with category planners to effectively manage product and category allocation.


    • 1-2 years of Allocation/planning experience. 
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
    • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment.
